Yes, You May Spend 50% of Your Undergrad Life in a Library!

If you think about it, it is ENTIRELY possible to spend 2 years out of 4 undergrad years sitting in a study carrel at Penn. No kidding. On average, then, you'd have to spend 12 hours/day at a study carrel [minusing fall/winter/spring/summer breaks].
Considering the average Penn student sleeps around 6 hours/day [based on no statistics, but we all know it's true], the average student could spend 12 hours out of 24 studying at the library. Especially during finals when people live in the library and bring in soup and blankets. Oh, and coffee. And coffee machines. Don't forget those! So, to those who spend half their lives in libraries [including myself...], congrats! Those hours add up...

...so instead of going on Facebook, why not check out these at Van Pelt [who knew they had these!?]?
